Day 4 - My Favorite Book

I am not a reader - at all. When I was in high school I would try and make Laurie read my assigned books. In 11th grade I got her to read some of The Grapes of Wrath. It's only fitting that she now works with books. She send everyone lots of books but there have only been a handful I have wanted.

My favorite book in recent years has been What to Expect When You're Expecting. I read it religiously throughout my pregnancy. I also read What to Expect the First Year and What to Expect the Toddler Years like they were my bible.

Some people swear against these books but I found they were the perfect guide for me navigating through parenthood.
