2010 - The Year of Fun!

I know I have been a super slacker with the blog. But it's Christmas vacation after all, right??

Thankfully I can steal a great idea from The Clark Family blog and present to you a year in pictures. Enjoy!

January we started the year with our 2 1/2 year old. Potty training began but certainly didn't finish in this month. We were reminded how Keira only does things at her own pace.

February
had a few illnesses - Keira started the month with a stomach bug and Mommy got the flu. But that didn't stop the fun. We had our first Girls Weekend of 2010, enjoyed the snow, and waited for Spring.

In March we headed to Sesame Place for Big Bird's birthday, had a power outage that lasted for days and was happy to see the ground thaw.

April we spent a lot of time outside. Goodbye winter, hello spring. Keira was registered for PreK at Assumption Academy. Another great Girls Weekend was had.

The warmer it gets the more fun we have. May was just that - FUN!

We took our very first family vacation in June. So many great memories were made.

Our baby turned 3 in July. It's amazing how the last three years flew by. We visited Sesame Place a couple of times and Keira went to NYC for the first time. We really enjoyed the summer.

Good-bye diapers!! It was in August we realized our baby was really a kid. So bittersweet!

Lots of new beginnings in September - PreK and dancing school. Keira did great with the new changes.

Our favorite time of year starts in October - the Fall! Our weekends were filled with so many fun events. We went apple picking, pumpkin picking, had our last Girls Weekend of the year, and of course Halloween.

We took another trip to North Carolina in November. This time to visit friends. Keira proved once again what a great traveler she is. Keira was getting excited for the upcoming Christmas season. We knew this year was going to be a great Christmas with her.

We are now ending the year with a almost 3 1/2 year old. December was a month filled with holiday cheer. Keira loved everything about getting ready for Santa. And she made it to midnight on New Year's Eve.

2011 will be another great year! Look forward to more blog posts!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
