There were parts of the boardwalk still being worked on from being ruined in Hurricane Sandy but we still had the most awesome day!
One of the cool things we got to do was help be a part of the building of the World's Tallest Sandcastle I got to be in charge of bringing the empty buckets to the ledge to be filled. Once we had buckets Mommy & I loaded them with sand and Mommy passed them up to be dumped in. Later on we went back after all the buckets were dumped in and stomped around the top to smooth out the sand. We can't wait to go back once it's done to see it.
We were glad we were able to go on the beach. Just a few weeks ago they still had the sand dunes up real high since Sandy and you couldn't even see the ocean from the boardwalk. But they have smoothed almost everything down (I climbed the ones still up) and we enjoyed some time on the beach. We even dipped our toes in the ocean -- it was freezing!!!
And of course it wouldn't be a trip to Point Pleasant if we didn't hit the rides, the aquarium, and have some yummy boardwalk food.
Such a fun day with Mommy & Daddy! I can't wait to go back!!

It sure looks like you had fun at the beach,that sand castle looks ginormous.Can't wait to see you miss and love ya to the moon and back for infinity and a day.(thats a big number)

I love that it goes from snow to beach. I almost missed this post. I am so glad I didn't. Looks like fun!
