24 Hour Bug

My weekend didn't go as planned. Saturday I was supposed to go to Tumble Bee then have a relaxing day at home and today I was supposed to head to Sesame Place for Elmo's birthday party. But instead I was sick. I woke up Saturday morning telling Mommy that my belly hurt. Within an hour or two we knew why. It seems I caught the stomach bug that has been going around at school the last couple of weeks.

When I got sick in the kitchen Mommy scooped me up, took off my now dirty pajamas, and put my on the counter to finish up in the sink. And of course she took the time to snap a picture.



From that point on I pretty much lounged around...



and lounged...



and lounged some more.



Thankfully by early this evening I was feeling more like myself. Mommy & Daddy said they hated seeing me sick but kinda liked having me be a little extra mushy. And they took really good care of me but I hope to not be sick like that again for a long time.

And Big Bird was kind enough to invite me to his birthday party next month since I missed Elmo's today.
